Welcome to Carey-On Coaching! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.carey-oncoaching.com, and the coaching programs, memberships, speaking services, educational materials, digital resources, and other products and services offered by Carey-On Coaching, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Our Services
Carey-On Coaching provides menopause education, health and wellness coaching, personal development programs, group coaching, fitness and wellness challenges, workshops, professional speaking, and related educational resources. Our mission is to empower women to navigate menopause with confidence, strength, and a positive mindset through our Menopause Is Living Fearless® movement. Services may be delivered in person, virtually, through downloadable materials, or through online programs and memberships. Specific program details, pricing, schedules, and deliverables will be described at the time of registration or purchase.
2. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Information provided by Carey-On Coaching is intended for general educational, informational, and wellness purposes. Our coaching programs, presentations, website content, and resources are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Carey-On Coaching does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace care from licensed healthcare professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions, medications, exercise programs, nutritional changes, or other health-related concerns. Participation in physical activity, fitness challenges, or wellness programs is voluntary. Participants are responsible for considering their individual health needs, abilities, and limitations.
3. Eligibility
Our coaching programs, memberships, and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older unless a specific offering expressly permits participation by minors with appropriate parental or guardian authorization. By purchasing or registering for adult services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Payments, Memberships, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is generally required at the time of purchase, booking, or registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices and payment terms will be provided before purchase.
Step It Up Club Monthly Membership
The Step It Up Club is offered as a recurring monthly membership at $25 per month, with no long-term commitment. By enrolling, members authorize Carey-On Coaching to charge their selected payment method automatically each month until the membership is canceled.
Members may cancel anytime without a cancellation fee.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Once cancellation is completed, no additional recurring membership charges will occur. Members will continue to have access to their membership benefits through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already processed are generally nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law. To cancel, members may use the available account cancellation option or contact carey@carey-oncoaching.com before their next scheduled billing date.
Other Coaching Programs and Services
Fees, payment schedules, cancellation requirements, and refund eligibility for individual coaching, group programs, workshops, and other services will be disclosed at enrollment or purchase.
Digital Products and Resources
Refund eligibility for downloadable resources, digital products, and online educational materials will be stated at the time of purchase.
Speaking Engagements
Speaking fees, deposits, cancellation policies, travel expenses, and other arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where a separate agreement applies, its specific terms control.
Refund Requests
Refund requests may be submitted to carey@carey-oncoaching.com and will be evaluated according to the terms applicable to the purchased service and any rights provided by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions, consultations, and other appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide notice according to the scheduling or program policy communicated at booking. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to illness, emergencies, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When possible, we will provide advance notice and reasonable alternatives.
6. Email Communications and Free Resources
Visitors may subscribe to our newsletter or request free educational resources, including our Menopause Map. When requesting our FREE Menopause Map, visitors are also subscribing to ongoing email communications from Carey-On Coaching, as disclosed on the signup form. These communications may include menopause education, wellness tips, coaching opportunities, speaking events, announcements, and promotional offers. Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. For additional information, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. Text Messaging Terms
If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Carey-On Coaching, LLC, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service-related notifications, or promotional messages, depending on the consent you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from our messaging service. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out request. For assistance, reply HELP or contact carey@carey-oncoaching.com. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing our services. We handle text messaging information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All original website content, educational materials, coaching resources, program materials, graphics, presentations, videos, written materials, and other intellectual property created or owned by Carey-On Coaching are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Menopause Is Living Fearless® is a registered trademark used by Carey-On Coaching.
Other business names, logos, slogans, and brand materials may also be protected. Unless expressly authorized, visitors and participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials. Materials purchased or provided through our programs are intended for the participant's personal, noncommercial use unless otherwise specified in writing. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Provide accurate information when registering or purchasing services.
Treat other participants, clients, and community members respectfully.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Use program materials appropriately and for their intended purposes.
Avoid sharing account access or distributing paid materials without authorization.
We reserve the right to restrict participation or access when a participant engages in harassment, disruptive behavior, misuse of materials, or other conduct that substantially interferes with our services, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Group coaching sessions, workshops, and online communities may involve discussions with other participants. Although we encourage everyone to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information shared in group settings private. Our website and services may use third-party platforms for website hosting, payment processing, appointment scheduling, email communications, video conferencing, and other business functions. We are not responsible for the independent content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide accurate, useful, and high-quality educational content and services. However, individual results vary based on personal circumstances, participation, health conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, weight changes, financial results, or personal transformations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and general educational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written agreement or required by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carey-On Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any additional limitations applicable to specific paid services may be described in a separate written agreement.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separate written agreement governing the services involved.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed to by the parties.
